Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory

The Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMAI) consists of a questionnaire completed by caregivers of patients with dementia. Caregivers rate various agitated behaviours on a 7-point scale of frequency, ranging from “Never” to “Several times an hour.”

This app allows the inventory to be completed electronically and the results uploaded to an appropriately configured server. Designated care providers can view the data to help design appropriate interventions for each patient.
